 TV SHARP ALEXANDER SLIM PROTEK

Cara servis tv Sharp Alexander slim dengan gejala protek yang paling utama adalah dengan melakukan pengecekan tegangan terlebih dahulu, pastikan semua tegangan normal, di antaranya pada tegangan B+, VCC vertikal, VCC IC croma, VCC driver hot,dll.

Perlu di ketahui, sistem TV SHARP ini jika salah satu komponen ada yang lemah akan langsung terprotec,dan jika ada komponen yang belum terpasang juga akan protek, jadi semua komponen harus terpasang. 

Sedikit pengalaman yang saya dapatkan saat memperbaiki TV SHARP ALEXANDER SLIM . Sebelumnya sempat di bikin bingung dengan TV ini cek tegangan semua normal,kok masih protek.Setelah penelusuran ternyata ada salah satu komponen yang belum terpasang.

Awalnya TV SHARP ini dengan kerusakan protek dan tegangan drop.Setelah di lakukan pengecekan di dapati dioda damper shod, transistor EW juga shod, dan setelah di ganti masih aja protek.kecurigaan pada IC vertikal,cobak di lepaskan masih protek,nah akhirnya teringat sistem proteksi TV SHARP ALEXANDER SLIM dan langsung aku ganti IC vertikal yang baru, alhasil langsung ok dan tidak protek lagi TV pun langsung nyala normal.Ternyata hasil kesimpulan nya, semua komponen harus terpasang.

.FET EW K2161/ bisa diganti dengan IRF640.

.Dioda damper (jika susah cari aslinya ganti dengan yang VCC tinggi.)

Semua komponen harus terpasang semua dengan baik.Jika tidak, akan terjadi protek.

Cara buka menu servis tv polytron


TUTORIAL MEMBUKA MENU SERVIS TV POLYTRON.

      Cara  untuk membuka menu servis tv polytron.Langkah yang pertama, kita nyalakan tv, setelah tv menyala lalu matikan tv dengan tombol off di remote,(Tv dalam posisi standby). 
Selanjutnya tekan tombol menu di remote sampai tv menyala kembali.Setelah tv menyala ,pada layar tv akan muncul tampilan perintah untuk memasukkan  kode pasword servis,pilih salah satu kode yang tertulis  di atas,masukan kode dengan benar maka  akan muncul tampilan menu servisnya. Kita periksa menunya,jika tampilan menu servis yang kita cari tidak ada pada Kode itu, anda bisa ganti dengan kode yang berikutnya sampai kita menemukan menu yang kita cari.
Setelah ketemu menunya kita bisa atur sesuai dengan kebutuhan saja, jangan merubah setelan yang tidak kita inginkan, karena bisa mengakibatkan ketidak sesuaian setelan pada TV bahkan bisa terjadi kerusakan pada sistem tv. Setelah kita selesai pengaturan, jangan lupa untuk mengunci hasil editan kita, caranya adalah dengan menekan tombol MENU pada remote,perhatika pada layar jika muncul tulisan (STORE) berarti hasil editan kita yang baru telah di simpan,dan sebelum mengunci periksalah terlebih dahulu pada layar tv, apakah sudah pas atau  masih  ada yang kurang, jika sudah pas anda bisa langsung mengunci nya.
 Langkah terakhir untuk keluar dari factory atau servis mode, kita bisa langsung off kan tv dari Remot dan bisa langsung dari stop kontak.
Jika kita ingin masuk kembali ke menu servis atau pengaturan, kita harus ulangi lagi caranya dari awal hingga akhir.

Sebelumnya mohon maaf para sobat,ini hanyalah sekedar berbagi ulasan tentang sedikit pengalaman  seputar servis tv.bukan maksud menggurui, tetapi sekedar berbagi sedikit ilmu , dan mudah mudahan bisa menjadi referensi bagi sobat sekalian.yg khususnya masih pemula.
Baik langsung saja . Datang sebuah tv Sharp Alexander pro ,dengan kerusakan LED indikator hidup langsung mati lagi,ataupun protect.Menurut tebakan saya sih kemungkinan IC vertikalnya yg rusak,tapi itu hanya perkiraan saja. langsung  saja aku buka dan sebelum pengecekan, seperti biasa aku bersihkan dulu mesinnya dan setelah bersih barulah melakukan pengecekan. Pengecekan pertama di awali dari pemeriksaan komponen .apakah komponen masih layak atau perlu di ganti. selanjutnya pememeriksa pada  setiap 
 soderannya,sebaiknya lakukan penyoderan ulang pada  kaki kaki komponen  yg sekiranya renggang.oky Selanjutnya langsung ke pengukuran tegangan , mulai dari B+ ,VCC vertikal, VCC RGB, VCC Heter, dan semuanya.
Nah bagaimana cara pengecekannya? Sedangkan tv dalam keadaan terprotec....
Caranya mudah sobat,lakukan pengukuran tegangan sesaat.jadi kita harus tentukan dulu titik mana saja yang akan kita ukur tegangannya, sembari menghidupkan mesin tv, sembari kita  ukur tegangan pada titik yang kita tentukan. Nah pada saat Setar sesaat disitulah kita bisa melihat tegangannya,lakukan secara bergantian.sampai kita bisa menemukan VCC bagian manakah yang lemah(drop).
Oky... setelah aku ukur kesana kemari akhirnya ketemu juga,ternyata bukan dari IC vertikalnya yang bermasalah,yaitu tegangan yg masuk ke rangkaian RGB yg bermasalah .setelah penelusuran ternyata di  dapati sebuah elko tegangan tinggi nya yg melemah ,dengan nilai 33mf/250v.Ternyata disitulah biang keroknya,setelah penggantian dengan elko yang baru pada akhirnya bisa hidup normal kembali....dan bayaran deh....Oky sobat , demikianlah sedikit ulasan tentang pengalaman saya ,semoga bisa menjadi referensi buat sobat semua..Perlu di pahami dan di mengerti bahwasanya , dalam kerusakan TV kendalanya sama belum tentu penyebabnya juga sama..
